Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Viraasa, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our products are handcrafted and often produced in limited quantities, we request you to read this policy carefully.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Colour preference
- Personal liking
- Incorrect size expectations for blouse fabric
- Returns are NOT accepted, only Exchanges in case of the reasons listed below
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and an unboxing video via WhatsApp or email.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact

For Wrong and defective products the replacement delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Products
Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
